There is a gym with a few equipments on SOU campus that is open and free to international students. Two swimming pools are nearby,  the Jiangwang Swiming Pool at Jiangwan Sports Center is  2 kilometers from SOU campus, the indoor swimming pool at Tongji University is also 2 kilometers away from SOU campus and costs 20 RMB/hour.
