The UNESCO World Higher Education Conference (WHEC2022) was held in Barcelona on 18-20 May. A delegation of California State University-Long Beach(CSULB), led by Prof. Jane Conoley, President of California State University-Long Beach, came to visit Shanghai Open University(SOU) in the afternoon of September 1. The Opening Ceremony of 2018 SOU International Visiting Scholar Program was held on Guoshun Campus on June 4th. Nineteen international visiting scholars from 18 countries will participate in this year’s program.
